Inquiries are typically routed through our management company, Continental Management Company. They will handle questions, concerns, complaints, payment issues, etc. Please know that typical concerns are brought forward by at the next scheduled board meeting. You will receive a response after the board has had the opportunity to discuss your concern. The board currently meets monthly.
